Aaxis Pacific welcomes your feedback or complaints on all products. We actively seek information on ways we can improve our product design, quality and overall value. Please email all feedback to info@aaxispacific.com.au.

All emails will be acknowledged and received. Please note, if you do not wish to be contacted about your feedback, please advise in writing within the email.
Where do I find the Aaxis catalogue
Answer
You can download the catalogue from any product page.
Aaxis has three different catalogues;

1. Consumer catalogue
2. Medical catalogue
3. SureSafe catalogue
Faulty Product Returns
Answer
If purchased directly from Aaxis Pacific, please email our customer service team at info@aaxispacific.com.au and provide the following information:

Business name or account number
Product Item number and quantity
Lot/Expiry date on product/packaging
Description/reason and images if available

Further details will be requested by Aaxis Pacific Customer Service if needed

Aaxis Pacific will then provide a reference number for your goods to be labelled and instructions on pick up of the goods.

If purchased at a retailer, please return the goods with your receipt to the retailer who will then make contact with Aaxis.
Request Credit application

Company Name and Contact phone and email address
Current ABN
Products of interest

Your details will be passed onto our Sales Department who will be in touch directly.

Aaxis Terms of Trade will be provided along with the credit application form.

WARRANTY

Aaxis Pacific Limited Warranty

Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

To the extent we are able, we exclude all other conditions, warranties and obligations which would otherwise be implied.

 

What does this warranty cover?

This Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period for all products.

During the Warranty Period, Aaxis Pacific will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

This Warranty is in addition to and does not limit, exclude or restrict your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australia) or any other mandatory protection laws that may apply.

 

Warranty Period

All Aaxis Pacific products retain a 1 year warranty.

 

What does this Warranty not cover?

Problems caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

 

What do you do to claim a Warranty on Aaxis Pacific products?

If purchased directly from Aaxis Pacific, please email our customer service team at info@aaxispacific.com.au and provide the following information:

  1. Business name or account number
  2. Product Item number and quantity
  3. Lot/Expiry date on product/packaging
  4. Description/reason and images if available
  5. Further details will be requested by Aaxis Pacific Customer Service if needed
